Family with children will have a decent stay

The staff was very accommodating when I had to switch rooms for my family. Plus, the breakfast was nice, kid-friendly and had options for adults too.

It wasn’t exactly a steal but it was acceptable, given the circumstances.

Perfect pit stop off the highway! The room was tidy, comfy, and conveniently close to food and gas. Great for my brief road trip break.

Who knew taking the stairs would double as my workout? An elevator outage—really? I’m not training for the Olympics here!

Efficient check-in process.

I had a terrible experience with the lack of housekeeping during my three-night stay. Not once did anyone come to clean my room, not even to replace towels or coffee. When I complained at the front desk, they mentioned other guests had requested cleaning too, yet I still received no service. Climbing three floors of stairs was exhausting, especially after long workdays, and not having an elevator working made it so much worse.

The room was a bit of a letdown. We found fries on the floor and the bedding had stains, which was pretty gross. The bathroom floor was dirty too, like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Called down for help, but they couldn’t send anyone. On the bright side, the bed was comfy enough to sleep on. Just wish it had been cleaner.
